Has she changed her mind on pantyhose or has she gone leggings under skirt twice this week?

It's possible that the frigid temps in Atlanta might've given her a temporary change of heart for the sake of warmth. Otherwise, the last time I recall her wearing leg wear was some black tights when she did some kicks with the Rockettes a few years ago. She was bare legged with boots at the start of the show, so a staffer ran to a store to get her some to prevent any oopsies. But at least they were breathable!
