And it's not going to become one, either -- those of you with some invisible
axes to grind know we have discussion threads already going about Ainsley, Anna, etc.

I have no dog in the fight anyway, no real preferences, but just an
observation on why the ladies are where they are as of now...

Has it occurred to anyone that Fox's rationale has more to do with the tone they
want the shows to have more than anything else?
Just possibly they wanted the weekday F&F to have a more serious edge,
and the weekend edition to be the lighter, fluffier one? Kind of what NBC does with Today
to some degree? If that's the case, Anna's persona fits perfectly into the plan,
as does Ainsley's. NOT saying Anna can't do serious --she does. NOT saying
Ainsley's uptight & stuffy 24/7 --she isn't. Just overall.
