Her 2008 Jay Leno appearance is still probably her best, sexiest moment on TV but for sure this one comes awfully close... thousands of male viewers were probably praying for a nipslip so they could catch it on their PVRs. Alas.

If you look back at some pics of Sophia Loren you see a great resemblance in the 2. Hot full figured Italian women. Maria sure showed she can look as good as any of them when she gets dolled up. :wow :D
