Here's an update: she now has a travel blog called "Carmen Dominicci Trotamundos". She'll be 51 on July 15.

My dad and I have wondered if there was a power struggle going on between Carmen and Maria on Al Rojo Vivo and Carmen lost and was banished.

In November 2015, current Telemundo/Former Univision President Cesar Conde opted not to renew her contract.
