Disappointing outfits on QVC (D)

The last two all day jewelry shows for QVC and none of female hostess wore anything to revealing or sexy...

The problem is demographics......... I don't have the stats but I'd say 98.12% of qvc viewers are frumpy housewives & retired grannies................. These are the same types who call CNN and complain about Jen Westhoven showing too much cleavage. Only QVC distracts their rage from Coffey & Lindquist with low prices.

They could devote a QVC for Men Hour where they get Jen Coffey & Nancy Hornback in their hottest & sexiest selling jewelry and lingerie and other crap for "your wife or girlfriend"........

That is probably true. But in order to get more bang for their buck and get more revenue, I’d make sure to dress to impress...

Yeah, when I used to check out some shopping channel message boards the amount of hate thrown in Kerstin and Shawn's direction was ridiculous...

I do remember Jacque getting ladies on her Facebook page to cover up but also a lot stood up for her saying “Do what makes you happy, don’t listen to them, they are just jealous” and comments like that...

Yeah, this has been the worst year for QVC outfits in my opinion. Basically everywhere. They put my favorite hosts in Siberia (beauty IQ) where you can't see much of their outfits. I hounded on youtube to get my favorite host back on the main channel. Surprisingly she did do some normal segments but on beauty IQ. not sure if they listened or I got lucky.

Jane Treacy and Mary Beth mentioned the issues about the wardrobe some producers are requiring. Jane stated to Isaac recently that one producer told her to disregard the cricism and show off her figure, including her butt. Mary Beth and Mary Deangelis talked about it as well. Mary D responded that she will wear what she likes and wore a short skirt recently. Mary Beth put on the best thigh show in years about two weeks ago with Catherine Z Jones.
