That guy is a fraud, why wasn’t the investigation “lengthy” when he originally defended her?

As if this story with the label of Vrabelgate getting more and more bizarre (again, I didn't invent the term), another eyewitness that was at the crash scene in New Jersey a few weeks back told a totally different story. Dianna in fact did not prop open the doors to the Jeep, but managed to hold on to a leash so that the dog would survive (and turned out was fine.)

TMZ's latest rumor from 2021--Dianna was six to seven months pregnant. She and Mike Vrabel rented a private boat. Two months later, Russini gave birth to her son, Michael. As bizarre as that sounds, this story is really getting stranger by the week--and still, Dianna remains silent:

Mike Felger mentioned during the Awful Announcing podcast that the traditional media people could have covered this story a bit differently.

Also, Coach Vrabel and Dianna Russini should have come out and admitted what they did in their affair was wrong on Day 1, not on Day 13 with their comments of "laughable" and "false narratives."
As we see in politics, denying won't get you anywhere.

He also mentioned something we as fans don't think about that often--have the gossip reporters attend the Patriots press conference, the news reporters. This is a bigger story beyond sports. If "20/20" had not veered towards all things crime related, this story would have ran like a hot potato.

Dianna makes her first public appearance on Mother's Day, hugging her husband outside her home with her young boy being blurred out for obvious reasons.

At least, the community is behind her and the family is watching them do normal kids' activities at one of the parks--playing sports, going on slides, etc.

Also of note, some sports related websites have mentioned that Jen Vrabel, who has been married to Mike since 1999 is thinking about filing for divorce.

The only question left, will there be a Super Bowl rematch on Thursday, September 10 when the Seahawks put up their banner with The 12th Man in full throat as if it was a heavy metal concert inside Lumen Field. Online rumors also (when the full schedule is released on Thursday night) maybe having the Chicago Bears fly out west. Or it could be the Kansas City Chiefs--largely depending on the health of QB Patrick Mahomes (remember that injury he had trying to scramble for a first down towards the end of last season.)
One thing we do know, the head of scheduling Mike North (I don't recall his actual job title) has quite a dilemma on his hands, and that's not counting the five games that were formerly on NFL Network. FOX has one game (the Week 10 morning game in Munich, Germany), and Netflix will carry the other four starting with San Francisco taking on the L.A. Rams on September 9 (September 10 in Melbourne, Australia.)

Very hard to tell because his back was towards the camera, unless there is some eagle eyed person with a keen eye to detail. I wouldn't know otherwise, but that's what the NY Post sent the latest image to the world.

I do believe it’s her. I just think they probably agreed to pose for one fake couple shot to get the paparazzi out of their driveway (for a little while anyway).
Feels like a PR person set this up.
A true paparazzo who was hiding out there wouldn’t have left until he had the money shot of her face so we can see how she’s holding up through all this.
Plus, the caption says it’s her youngest kid she’s holding, how would they know that unless she or the PR person told them?

Paparazzi can be nasty, that's all I can say about that.
At least, the community is solidly behind her--so let's wait until The Athletic reaches their final conclusion to the events that happened in Arizona.

Vrabelgate can begin in earnest, as the first Super Bowl rematch since 2016 will kick off the 2026 season.

As expected, several teams in their schedule release videos on Thursday night took subtle jabs at Mike Vrabel.

And to no one's surprise but the L.A. Chargers once again were the top of the heap, cream of the crop with their fighting video game themed format--with approval again from Microsoft to use their graphics and modify them in the 13 opponents' team colors.

Here were the Easter eggs that were easily noticed from the video:
Dianna Russini's voice was clearly heard for Week 5
For the Patriots, a clever LED road sign saying "Photo Dump, 1 Mile"
Then a box emerges in the lower right corner of the screen that says, “NYPost has sent you a message.”

Very cleverly done.
Now back to the regularly scheduled waiting to see when Dianna speaks publicly for the first time.
