Did Perky think it was going to rain indoors, or that she was going to have to walk through puddles? Otherwise, the boots are unnecessary. She's still hot though. Terry Lewis, as always, can't decide whether she wants to sit or stand.

The boots were the TSV from "What's Hot in Hollywood". I guess you have no choice when the TSV is clothing.
