800 x 600 - Res / 3400 kbps
For those who pm'd me about my videos skipping during playback:
I've been experimenting with high bitrates (2900-3600) lately for better quality. Your systems might be too slow for high bitrate mpeg-4 videos.

If it doesn't play right for you, then you can always compress the vids down with Virtual Dub Mod or Divx Converter. If you need help post in the tech support forum.
