VHS Quality. For some reason encoding VHS turns into a large file. :? 25mb for under a minute encoded at 350 kbps. :? Oh well she looks beautiful, don't you think laker? ;)

If you have the proper video translators try to translate your VHS video to mpeg4 (quicktime .mov) that will cut down a lot on the file size. I use Total Video Converter that I bought on line last year.
