If you mean program stream mpeg-2 then here you go.

I keep them in transport .ts because that is the original container, and the edit points with VideoRedoPlus don't have a jump in bitrate unlike program .mpg. Really important if you are streaming wireless not to have jumps in bitrate.

BTW, there's free software that converts transports to program with no quality loss. It only takes seconds too...unlike encoding avi's.
