I was thinking implants, or padded bra. When women lose weight, they do not get bigger boobs. I like big boobs and butts, which is why I was upset when Lisa R. lost a bunch of weight.

Could also be that they just appear larger because the rest of Patti is smaller.

I dunno, when you look at those pics enlarged, Patti's boobs have never looked that big proportionally to her body.
