I suggest Gadwin's Print Screen. It programs your Print Screen button to save as a .jpg. I have used it with the Strategy Room webcasts as well as DIRECTV2PC for HD stuff.

Best program I have ever used to cap off the screen. With the Strategy room feed the caps came out good. Not so much with the Fox Business News feed I found unless I go full screen which not knowing I didn't on most of the captures. With a feed I found covering E2 on G4 the images were good enough to watch but not cap. I tried and all I could resize before it became grainy was 400 x 400 size caps. Just testing.
