I'm not sure how to do it
I want to send files from Vista desktop to Xp desktop wirelessly
do i need a wireless card on both desktops?
The Vista pc is connected to the router with wire

Right click the the folder you want to share and go through the wizard for setting up a home network under sharing tab. If wireless, then make sure your network is secured with either WPA or WEP. I would only enable folders with video files, and don't allow other computers to change settings. Make sure to read about the security risks. I just enable a folder with video files and nothing else on my home network so I can watch recorded movies and listen to music on my desktop in the batcave.
