I have a TV card that does not give me an HD reception for the ABC network or the local ABC station. All the other local channels are fine (over-the-air HD) and the other stations are okay too (CNN, FOX, weather, ESPN...) but I can't get the ABC HD version to show up at all. I just get a empty space in the screen.
Is it a signal issue from their end?

I can't get ABC or CBS OTA because my indoor antenna doesn't pick up the weak VHF signal.

After a few days, I got the HD reception but then it went out again. It only does it for the ABC channel. Sometimes I get nothing and other times I get half screens. It's not freezing or locking up since I can change the channel while the screen is blank for ABC.
I have restarted the computer, rescanned the channels, and shut down the system and nothing works
