Thanks for all your time and work! The H264 vids play the best in Windows Media player for me actually, very smooth (with ffdshow installed). Media player classic is a bit choppy and VLC is really choppy.

The blurriness and pixels on some of the previews doesn't show when you play back the videos. It's just something quirky with MPC that happens from time to time.
