Maybe it was a skort-a cross between a skirt and a short, hence the name skort.

I will bet YOUR last dollar thats what it is. Zoom in on the full length pic and theres NO leg gap and skorts have it in the back. Anyway, even she couldnt get by with a skirt that short. :?
