Taking Caps with KM Player

Does anyone have it?
It plays all like VLC but i'm getting black caps from it

I installed it because it plays MKV Files Best and want to see how caps look :Kool

A test of caps using The KM Player:

You have to use Ctrl+A to cap.

I tried all before i asked

and they still come out all black or all white

Do i need to change some Renderer setting?
all my other players capture correctly :shades

Do you have the latest version of VLC player? I had to download the latest version to play some newer type of mkv files. :Kool

Last week i got the latest VLC and the new version takes 30 seconds to load
and after i play a video that's HD size the player remains big
so when i play smaller like 640x480 they are not resized like the older VLC
so they all look full screen

the old player looked like this when stopped

the new stays big when stopped
