Why is it always blank when checking the user Control

I wish i had saved the url so i could prove if someone deleted it on me :wow

When I try to open up your missing avatar image above to a new window, a page opens up saying the image is no longer available on the server...

I was going to use imageshack
but you need to join to upload GIF Animation
