I've noticed it a lot in the second season. Those nice close ups and heel shots seem to be harder to come by.

You may be right about that actually.
There was a story circulating a few years ago based on some accounts from staff
and guests at a NY hotel that Katie's suite got quite noisy a few times during her stay.

She was dating a young musician at the time, but then again, it may not have been him. ;)
