It would require several unlikely things:
She'd have to want to leave Fox.
And ABC would have to come up with MAJOR dollars.
And even then, she'd have to honor a no-compete clause (which is probably there) and stay off the air for months or longer.
Her relationship with ABC was very strained toward the end. The odds of her going back are slim to none.

that's what I was thinking but it sounded so absurd that they would only publish it if they heard it from a reliable source or the person who wrote that is incompetent.
